I want to share with you a small delicious collection of figurines made in Germany by the well known Goebel factory (all exept the first one on the left, a group of two bisque dogs). A ceramic dog with a metal fly on his paw, marked Stae 4, created by the artist Albert Staehle, who loved representing his beloved dog Butch. Two children with hat, one pensive marked Rock 208 and the other one resting marked Rock 202, both signed Norman Rockwell, who worked with Goebel factory in the early 60s to produce a line of 17 figurines in limited edition, today much sought after. Last, a stunning googly large dog with egg shaped container, from the deco period, with old crown mark. This is a very rare pice, may be unique.
Nell'attesa di realizzare un sogno - un piccolo museo in cui esporre la mia collezione di bambole in feltro e tessuto anni 30 - mi accontento di aprire una finestra sul mondo! §§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§ Waiting to realize a dream - a small museum to exhibit my collection of cloth and felt dolls made in the 30s - I'm satisfied to open a window on the world!
